Product Description

The EIM HP2000 actuator is a high pressure direct gas driven pneumatic actuator. It is designed to provide fast stroking speeds for medium to small size quarter turn and linear gate valves on gas pipelines. Ideal for applications where there is no electricity and high pressure is readily available.

Features

  • Utilize direct natural gas pressure to actuate a pipeline valve where reliable electricity is not available
  • Replaces a gearbox handwheel with a gas-driven actuator
  • EIM actuator gear housings are factory filled with a high quality lubricant carefully selected to ensure proper performance under specified operating conditions
  • Well suited for any industrial or pipeline application where compact design, simple manual override, travel limits, and torque protection are desired
