With a gas flow accuracy rating of 0.5% and pressures up to 1,060 bar, the Micro Motion HPC015 is ideal for high-pressure hydrogen dispensing and chemical injection applications where measurement accuracy and safety are essential. It was explicitly designed to meet the challenges faced in the hydrogen fuel and chemical injection spaces.
The Digital Twin is a representation of an industrial plant (i.e. process equipment, instrumentation and controls) and the processes that take place within it (i.e. chemical reactions, separation processes, heat transfer). This technology helps to accurately design, to safely and optimally operate, and to better maintain the plant throughout its lifecycle.
This skid represents a H2 production PEM Electrolyzer with Field Devices around a Water Tank and the Stack, producing H2 with ASCO 290 Shut Off Valves and Back Pressure TESCOM 26-2300 Regulator feeding a smart H2 Refueling Station with Best in Class solutions as the TESCOM PID Control Closed Loop PCV 26-2000, and Micromotion Coriolis HCP015.
The ATEX Cabinet made in-house with AVENTICS Valve Manifold and DCS DeltaV piloting both Electrolyzer and HRS.
TESCOM Electropneumatic ER5000 Controller paired with the 26-2000 Series High Pressure Regulator provides precise algorithmic pressure control when controlling the flow and pressure of the hydrogen supply.
