An Accredited Service Provider is a third-party valve, actuator or regulator service entity that has been carefully selected and audited by Emerson to provide trusted, local, OEM support. Emerson recognizes two tiers of Accredited Service Providers: Authorized Service Providers and Premier Service Providers.
Accredited Service Provider technicians are trained and certified to repair Emerson valves, actuators or regulators—and facilities are audited to ensure repair processes and equipment align with Emerson standards.
Emerson Service Center capabilities include everything from repair execution, maintenance planning, diagnostics gathering, to expert monitoring. Repair and support is offered through regionally-located service centers or mobile service centers.
Emerson Service Centers provide base service support, warranty triage, repair support in the field or at their service depot, plan and execute shutdowns, turnarounds or outages, provide replacement assemblies and technology upgrades, repair special engineered products, and can quickly ship replacement assemblies via Emerson’s QuickShip program.
Premier Service Providers are entities with whom Emerson has an integrated business relationship and who have met the criteria to provide comprehensive OEM service and support for Emerson’s valve, actuator, and/or regulator product portfolio.
Premier Service Providers offer repair depot support, field services, plan and execute shutdowns, turnarounds or outages, provide replacement assemblies and technology upgrades, and warranty triage.
Authorized Service Providers have met the criteria to provide OEM service and support for Emerson’s valve, actuator and/or regulator product portfolio.
Authorized Service Providers can provide repair support in the field or at their service depot, plan and execute shutdowns, turnarounds or outages, and will (or coordinate with the Emerson sales channel to) provide replacement assemblies and technology upgrades.
