Rosemount™ 9195 Wedge Flow Meter
The wedge primary element is built to measure difficult applications, including dirty, highly viscous, or abrasive fluids that can clog or erode other primaries
Triangle shaped design is strong and resistant to wear, lacking critical sharp edges that would wear over time
Fully integrated and optimized design allows for simpler installation and compatibility with the process
Remote seal packages allow for a wide variety of applications to be supported through the remote seal designs
Saddle-style remote seal connections reduces the weight of the meter by 50% and is designed to reduce pipe stand off to address plugging and cleaning concerns
The flanged model uses a 2-inch NPS/DN50 connection, a traditional style used if flushing rings and valve assemblies are required
The threaded model uses a 1/2 inch NPT connection with tubing, ideal for applications where plugging is less of a concern than erosion or wear
