Pro.Energy© collects all energy vector data and stores them on databases. The generated data reporting tools can be easily and reliably customized as needed. In addition to real energy measurements, the system also records virtual measurements defined by the user’s specifications. This allows you to run comparisons between real behavior and virtue measurements or use the virtual measurements to manage and distribute energy logic groups, for example by summing up specific meters. Pro.Energy© makes plants run more efficiently by detecting the Key Indicators (EnPIs) that help you reduce consumption and increase profits.
The Pro. Energy© module displays collected real-time data on dashboards. Advanced graphics present clean, intuitive display indicators and operating status imagery. The graphical interface is Web-based, allowing operators to easily control production processes at any time from any location. The dashboard interface design is based on modern ergonomics. It can also be customized as needed by integrating the most advanced management and command functions.
Pro.Energy© allows you to create measurement graphics customized to different meters, and provides reports and charts based on the logic grouping desired. Virtue measurements can also be freely defined by the user with calculations or mathematical formula combinations. These theoretical or virtual energy consumption values are essential toanalytical comparisons that depend on real-time measurements.
The Movicon Pro.Energy licensing policy
Movicon Pro.Energy is an optional software module supported by Movicon.NExT. It comes with a simple, flexible, and cost-effective licensing policy you can adapt to fit your specific requirements and performance goals.
Pro.Energy requires a Movicon.NExT SCADA PRO license that covers each of the energy counters you purchase (ranging from 5 to 5,000). This optional cost model includes a Wizard an SQL Server calculation database. Most licenses include use of SQL Server Express, which is included free of charge. Customized options are also available.
The NExT.4.0 Pro.Energy Licensing Scheme:
You can use the Pro.Energy Wizard to create projects based on your specific needs and configurations. Use the Wizard’s step-by-step guidelines to insert system parameters and calculate energy consumption and costs. Pro.Energy’s configuration is based on an I/O data project initially created with Movicon.NExT.
The Pro.Energy module requires a Movicon.NExt PRO Runtime license sized to, or exceeding the number of measures needed.
Customization of screens, alarms, notifications, logic, energy load balancing or other configurations can be completed using the Movicon.NExt supervisor.
Demo Mode
When no license is detected at startup, Movicon will alert the user and run in ‘demo mode’, with a fully functional editor and a maximum runtime limit of two hours.
